We are conducting Yoga session for groups and individuals to familiarize participants with the basics of Yoga system. We regularly offer Yoga sessions for groups and individuals in Haridwar/Rishikesh and at other destinations on special request on advance information.
Our Yoga session aims to provide participants a clear understanding of meaning and importance of Yoga as a complete spiritual as well as a wellness system. In a brief session of about one and half hour, you get an insight into Sankhya (the philosophy behind Yoga), Assanas (Physical postures), Dhyaan (Meditation techniques) and Pranayama (breathing techniques).
This understanding of basic concepts of Yoga can help a lot in adopting Yoga in one’s daily life.
